If you entered an incorrect code, tap OK on your phone and return to the Universal Duo Prompt where you can click or tap More Options to choose another way to sign in or to try Duo Push again. If you get a Duo Push request on your phone and you’re not trying to sign in to that app, tap I’m not signing in to decline the request. You will be asked if this was a suspicious login. Passwords Tap an account to get a one-time login password. This works anywhere, even in places where you don’t have an internet connection or can’t get cell service. If the account is a third-party OTP account (ie you’re signed in to another service like Gmail and you’ve added this device as an authentication app), you’ll see a 30-second countdown indicator below the code. If you don’t use that password before it expires, the account will be refreshed with a new password and the countdown will start over. If you need to use the passcode displayed in Duo Mobile in another mobile application, tap Copy and paste it into the other application.
