If you entered an incorrect code, tap OK on your phone and return to the Universal Duo Prompt where you can click or tap More Options to choose another way to sign in or to try Duo Push again. If you get a Duo Push request on your phone and you’re not trying to sign in to that app, tap I’m not signing in to decline the request. You will be asked if this was a suspicious login.
