If you suspect that the issue is minor and caused by startup, restarting the game and running the game as manager should resolve the issue.
After that, you will get access to the BIOS, which will help you solve this problem. Make sure your BIOS is in advanced mode and TPM is enabled on your computer before proceeding to the next step.

With the rise of cheating in the eSports first person shooter scene, the developers of Valorant have found a new way to keep other cheaters at bay. Source: @AntiCheatPD on Twitter; Esports shooter Valorant now requires all PCs running Windows 11 to have a Trusted Platform Module (TPM). Any device running Windows 11 with a disabled TPM will not be able to play the game.
Valorant has started enforcing both TPM and Secure Boot when playing on Windows 11 to ensure a reliable platform while playing Valorant. The @RiotVanguard team is once again leading the anti-cheat industry in the right competitive direction pic.twitter.com/qgTM1yNqdA September 3, 2021
The TPM requirement allows Riot Games, the developers of Valorant, to ban the PCs of cheaters in addition to banning their accounts and/or IP addresses. This is done using the Trusted Platform Module’s embedded RSA key, which cannot be deleted or changed. Each RSA key authenticates the device connected to it, ensuring that Windows and any programs running on the machine know the system’s identity.

If all goes according to plan, the new TPM rules should cause major problems for fraud victims. Cheaters will have to replace whatever computer they are playing games on (oops) or, worse, replace important (and expensive) components like the CPU or motherboard in order to get around the ban. It’s not clear if switching to another TPM device will work, but it seems unlikely.
Currently, Riot Games only enforces TPM requirements on Windows 11 PCs, there is no official requirement for Windows 10 though. Using TPM for Windows 11 makes sense at first, since Microsoft already requires TPM support to run Windows 11, among other things.
However, if the new TPM requirements are implemented in Windows 10 in the future, it may cause serious problems for users who are still using old hardware and may turn off some of Valorant’s player base.
But Riot Games can take risks to make sure that cheaters don’t change operating systems to get around the ban. If that happens, Valorant will be Windows 10 and 11 optional with the required TPM being confirmed on both operating systems.
Valorant To Enforce Tpm Requirement On Windows 11 To Combat Cheaters And Hackers
We will have to see what Riot Games decides to do, but for now TPM is a mandatory requirement to play Valorant on Windows 11. So make sure your system is Windows 11 ready if you are planning to upgrade.

Windows 11 finally arrives on October 5, and will officially require processors with TPM 2.0 and secure boot. One of the hottest topics in the Microsoft community is whether it is possible to install Windows 11 on a PC through Windows Update, and many users are confused.
Microsoft has confirmed that users can try Windows 11 on older machines, but they should not expect support or updates from the company. Windows 11 minimum system requirements include an 8th generation AMD Ryzen 2000 processor or newer. In addition to new processors, you’ll also need TPM 2.0 and secure boot.
For those who don’t know, TPM (Trusted Platform Module) is a security module installed on your computer, and it is designed to provide “hardware related features.” According to Microsoft, the malware cannot affect security features of TPM, and it also works for cryptographic operations.
Valorant’s Anti Cheat System Requires Tpm 2.0 And Secure Boot On Windows 11
Microsoft says users can install the new operating system manually using tools like the Media Creation Tool. This method was originally intended for businesses, but now it will be allowed for consumers as well. However, this does not prevent developers from blocking their apps or games on unsupported hardware.

Fix: (van9001) This Build Of Vanguard Requires Tpm Version 2.0 In Windows 11
This rule will only be implemented in Windows 11, and Valorant will continue on Windows 10 PCs that do not meet the requirements of the new operating system.
Microsoft also clarified on Twitter that the error message has nothing to do with the Windows 11 preview update.
If you have a TPM module, you’re good to go. Also, TPM has been a required feature of Windows 10 since almost 2016, so it is likely that your PC already comes with this security feature and needs to be enabled from the BIOS menu.
It is important to note that Riot is not the only company targeting pirates and cheaters with anti-cheat software. It is possible that popular anti-cheat systems like Fortnite’s Easy Anti-Cheat will also start enforcing TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot in Windows 11.
